Saintly: Christian Ladies in Early Trendy Europe explores the connection between laywomen and holy girls from the Christian canon by inspecting depictions of the Virgin Mary and Ladies Saints in works from the sixteenth by means of 18th centuries. Curated by graduate pupil Nikki Ranney, this thesis exhibition brings perspective to the spiritual lives of girls throughout this era and the expectations to which they have been subjected.

Opening evening is April 11 from 5 to 7 pm with a curator speak at 5:30 pm.

Common gallery hours for this exhibit are Monday by means of Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. This exhibit is free and runs by means of Could 9.
