FORT WORTH, Texas – A 31-year-old man has been sentenced to life in jail for the loss of life of his 10-week-old son in Tarrant County again in 2018.

Joseph Matthew Welborn was sentenced by a jury Thursday after pleading responsible to a cost of damage to a toddler inflicting critical bodily damage.

After they returned house, they referred to as 911 after discovering Christian “unresponsive, pale, and unconscious.”

Christian was taken to the hospital after struggling “blunt pressure trauma to the top,” and later pronounced lifeless.

Police stated Welborn advised them a number of totally different tales, together with blaming his 4-year-old son for dropping Christian.
