HAWKINS, Texas (KLTV) – Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins is honoring Black Historical past Month with a presentation by a former Division of Schooling director.
Dr. Leonard Hayes is the primary African American US Assistant Secretary of Put up-Secondary Schooling.
